Monte Carlo is an older EM pinball machine, made before computer technology came to the pinball market. It doesn't have all of the exciting action and features of the modern machines, but it is one of the later EM machines so it does have some interesting game play. The usual assortment of elements are here, such as pop bumpers, rollover buttons and wires, targets to hit, etc. Some of the unique features are:

Rollover buttons 1-10 at top of playfield to light bonus lights 1-10
Right scoring lane with upper and lower gates activated by 2 mushroom bumpers
Ball hole in middle of playfield that lights numbers based on the rotating numbers on the roulette wheel and scores points
Count-up of odds and evens numbers which activate bonuses, extra balls, and special
Bonus count-down for each ball based on numbers 1-10 lit plus extra bonus if all 5 odd or all 5 even are lit
"Play-More Post" between flippers can be activated so you can, well, play more!
